Shipping & Postage
CrystalNails only delivers to the territory of the Republic of Ireland. €6.00+VAT postage fee applies to all orders under €100+VAT, free shipment for orders over €100+VAT-. We use DPD (and AnPost in exceptional cases).
Products will be delivered in 1-3 working days to anywhere in Ireland on all orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Thursday and subject to stock availability.
Orders placed after 12 noon, at the weekend, or on a public holiday will be despatched the next working day.
Delivery on products purchased at VAT Free events, promotions, and festive seasons(Christmas) may take longer; please allow 2 to 3 working days for dispatch.
Delivery times are quoted in good faith. CrystalNails can accept no responsibility for transport delays or circumstances outside of our control causing late delivery. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery will be to the address advised in your order. If no one is available at a residential or other address at the time of delivery, unless special instructions were given at the time of order, a note will be left to advise if your order has been returned to the depot.
Products will only be shipped after full payment has been received.
Out-of-stock items will be delivered separately within 15 working days.
It is mandatory to provide us with your correct postal address and phone number during your registration, this information will be given to Greenway who will call you on the phone number provided in case the parcel can’t be delivered or you are not at the address at the time of delivery.CrystalNails – do not take any responsibility for the parcel if the address or phone number provided by the customer was incorrect and the products can’t be delivered or delivered late for this reason.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been soiled, or damaged and items will be returned to the sender immediately.
All damages must be reported to CrystalNails within 24 hours or your claim cannot be processed.
If the product you received is faulty/damaged / or missing please contact us within 24 hours of receiving them and we will replace it. Proof of purchase, and proof of damage (photo) must be available for our request.
If you are looking to return a faulty or incorrect item please email us at info@crystalnails.ie and we will have that sorted for you. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Products Warranty
Electronics – All electronics come with a 6 month to 1 year warranty and will be serviced or exchanged on an individual basis in accordance with the Irish and European Union customer rights as per below:
Faulty electronics purchased within 3 days will be exchanged or fully refunded. Faulty electronics purchased within 6 months will be repaired (replacement items can be provided free of charge for the duration of the repair as a goodwill gesture – subject to availability).
You must provide proof of purchase (original invoice/receipt) and pay for shipping to our warehouse. Please contact us before sending back any machines.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. A refund will only be guaranteed if the item is returned within the time frames stated above, starting from the date on your delivery note. Any items received after this date will be sent back to the original delivery address. If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges
We do not offer an exchange. All items returned within the correct time frame will receive a refund excluding delivery charges even if you received your item with free delivery. If you need an item with different properties simply place a new order.
