Fine-grained decorative powder for the Sugar effect technique. A special sugar effect can be achieved for the entire nail surface and larger samples; as if your guest had dipped his finger in colored powdered sugar. Spray it in a non-fixing light layer, then leave it on completely.
It’s not that bright as picture but I love it.
