We only delivers to the Republic of Ireland. €5.50+VAT postage fee applies to all orders under €100.+VAT, free shipment for orders over €100+VAT-. We use DPD (and AnPost in exceptional cases) and aim for 1 to 3 business days delivery on all orders paid by noon. Products will only be shipped after full payment has been received. Out-of-stock items will be delivered separately within 15 working days. The available quantity of all products in stock is shown beside the products. It is mandatory to provide us with your correct postal address and phone number during your registration, this information will be given to courier who will call you on the phone number provided in case the parcel can’t be delivered or you are not at the address at the time of delivery. Returns Our return policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been soiled, or damaged and items will be returned to the sender immediately. If the product you received is faulty / damaged / or missing please contact us within 7 working days of receiving them and we will replace it. Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed on the same day or by the end of the next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by the end of Monday. Estimated delivery times is 1-3 business days.
