Used when the cuticle has already been lifted. Glide the bit gently along the skin surface at a slight angle, using the flat edge to carefully smooth away excess skin. This leaves the cuticle area and sidewalls clean, removing small skin fragments and adhered cuticle. Suitable for both right- and left-handed use.
