New material type: Tip adhesive gel

Extra thick adhesive gel developed for flexible, new generation gel tips. It has a strong grip, which allows us to position and tie the tips with ease, as it does not move or slip. The tips can be attached to the prepared nails without air. When applying, we recommend a base gel for foundation.

Cure in a UV lamp for 2-3 minutes, in an LED for 1-2 minutes.

Gel Tip technique:

As a base gel, use Compact Base Gel or Elasty Hardener Gel, which has little sticky layer, because this way the thick adhesive gel will not “slip” on it (e.g. SmartGummy should not be used for this technique).
The material (Gel Tip Glue) taken out of the jar with an orange wooden stick is spread with a Phantom brush on the inner part of the tip in the size of the nail plate (this helps to prevent the glue from “popping out” at the front, nor from forming a high edge at the rear skin fold)
You have to choose a tip that is exactly the same size as your nail, from corner to corner (so not like the reverse tip technique, where you have to go one size larger)
if the tip is too thick, because the guest’s nail is so curved, then you have to grind the tip from the inside with a ball head, that way you can thin the side line (this is a very special case)
you have to start fitting the tip about 2-3 mm forward of the back skin fold, then press it, tilting it towards you, forcing out the air
Lighting: it “holds” in 20 seconds, but you have to wait 1-2 minutes in UVLED, here the gel-based tip actually “melts” with the adhesive gel. After complete binding, the back leather fold is filed and the color can be applied immediately
this technique will not work for certain techniques (e.g. built-up French) or nails of certain shapes (e.g. fan-widening type), but this occurs in a negligible proportion
