The correct procedure for disinfecting metal tools:

1. Clean the metal device from any organic dirt (dust, pieces of skin, etc.). You can clean it manually under lukewarm running water using a nail brush , or with the Crystal Nails XtremePRO Ultrasonic Cleaner .
2. Wipe the device dry.
3. Spray the device with a disinfectant, such as CrystalSept Alcohol-based Disinfectant for Devices and Surfaces . The disinfectant should reach all used surfaces of the device. Wait 1-1.5 minutes, this is the time it takes for the disinfectant to take effect.
4. Rinse the disinfectant off the metal tool thoroughly with running water.
5. Wipe the device dry and then store it in its storage location.

Never allow disinfectant or water to dry on the device as this may cause deterioration of the device.

Warning! Never spray the handpiece of a grinder with disinfectant, as this will cause damage to the handpiece, which is not covered by the warranty. For instructions on how to properly clean your grinder, please refer to the user manual provided with the machine.
